Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange window starting from the date of delivery. Please allow an additional 5–7 days for the returned item(s) to reach us.
Reverse pick-up services are available. The first reverse shipment is free; any additional reverse shipment will incur a RM 10/- charge.
Any defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your Order ID. Our team will respond to your request within 24–72 working hours.
Two pick-up attempts will be made. The first is free. The second attempt requires a RM. 10/- transportation fee. Once paid, kindly email us the payment screenshot.
In case of excessive returns, a reverse shipping fee of RM 10/- will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you will need to ship the item(s) to our warehouse at your own cost and risk.
Store credit will be issued within 1–3 working days after the return is picked up. Details will be sent via your registered email or contact number.
Items must be returned in the original condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags attached and packaging intact. Returns that fail to meet these criteria will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear are non-returnable.
Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our platform.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order cancellations are only possible before dispatch from our warehouse.
Orders placed using discounts, coupons, or promotions (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for return or exchange.
If reverse pick-up is unavailable for your PIN code, please send the item(s) to the address provided, including your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
Ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Returned products must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
